Self-pay clients have the greatest potential customization for their services, designed on a case-by-case basis between the parent/guardian and the BCBA.

Social Group Class (online and in person)

Empowering Minds 4 Change, LLC offers a social group that is an in person or online learning group to help support children with autism spectrum disorder and other co-existing disorders to get together to focus on and gain extra support in the areas of academic, independence, social, fitness, and community skills with peers. Empowering Minds 4 Change, LLC will focus in the areas of math, reading, writing, spelling, language, communication, daily living skills, social interaction, group instruction, classroom routines, independence, community skills, and physical fitness improvements. Membership pricing

Insurance

Empowering Minds 4 Change, LLC can work with your insurance company to request authorization of services for the social group. If your insurance does not approve you can select a membership pricing below.

Weekly

Weekly- $40 per session (Note: sessions occur one time per week for one hour in duration. You are welcome to sign up for more than one session)

Monthly

Monthly- $150 per month (Save $10 per month with this option) (Note: Sessions occur 4 times per month for one hour in duration)

quarterly

Quarterly- $560 per quarter (Save $40 per quarter with this option) (Note: Sessions occur 16 times per quarter for 1 hour in duration)

Biannually

Biannually- $900 biannually (Save $50 biannually with this option) (Note: Sessions occur 24 times biannually for 1 hour in duration)
